How Many Bedrooms Do You Need?
The working answer: with two people to a room, a group needs about one bedroom for every two guests, and anyone who wants a room to themselves pushes that number up. Our current collection runs from 3 to 10 confirmed bedrooms across 61 houses.
Bedroom count decides more about a stay than almost anything else — it sets how many people sleep without doubling up, and how many doors close for privacy. This is not a recommendation engine — it is the real distribution of what we hold right now, plus links to the occasion pages that already filter by exactly these numbers. Once the size is settled, the cost per person calculator turns one whole-house nightly rate into a per-head number for however many of you are sharing it.

How many houses do we hold at each bedroom count?
The bathroom figures cover only the houses in each row whose owner confirmed a bathroom count, and the rate column says how many of that row's houses carry a published nightly figure rather than rate on request.
