Extended stay villas in Miami

Staying longer changes the math on a house rental: the nightly rate itself can drop the longer you stay. Our current discount applies automatically once dates are entered on a villa’s own page — 5% off 2+ nights, 8% off 3+ nights, 10% off 4+ nights — calculated on the nightly subtotal, before the cleaning fee.

The discount only has a rate to apply a percentage to on houses that publish a nightly rate — it does not appear on a "Rate on request" house until that rate is confirmed. The houses below are ones in our current collection with a published rate.

The discount, the cleaning fee and the final total are all shown on each house’s own reservation panel once you add dates — nothing here is a separate coupon or code.
